Hollywood Models Actress - Brooklyn Decker

Brooklyn Decker - Sophisticated and statuesque Brooklyn Decker proved she was a force to be reckoned with as a supermodel, but it was her

deft and hilarious acting skills in various film and television projects that won over audiences. Born on April 12, 1987 in Kettering, OH,

Decker was reportedly named by her parents - both of whom worked in the medical field - after a horse called "Brook." Her family lived in

Middletown, OH for a short time before moving to Charlotte, NC, where Decker was discovered in a shopping mall
Brooklyn Decker - She began her career modeling for various magazines, including Teen Vogue, FHM, and Cosmopolitan, as well as appearing in

advertising campaigns for the Gap, J.C. Penney, and Victoria's Secret. She made her Sports Illustrated debut in 2006, appearing in the annual

Swimsuit Issue. Decker finally graced the coveted cover of the 2010 swimsuit issue, which placed her amongst an elite group of models who had

previously done so, including Christie Brinkley, Tyra Banks and Elle Macpherson.
Brooklyn Decker - Decker made her acting debut in the 2007 made-for-television film "Lipshitz Saves the World," a comedy that also starred

Leslie Nielsen and Ty Burrell. The model-turned-actress made memorable guest appearances on a number of hit primetime shows in 2009,

including the spy thriller "Chuck" (NBC, 2007- ) and the stylish dramedy "Ugly Betty" (ABC, 2006-2010). That same year, Decker married tennis

ace and U.S. Open champion Andy Roddick in a lavish ceremony held at his home in Austin, TX. Following their nuptials, Sir Elton John

serenaded the newlyweds during an intimate reception with family and friends. With her Hollywood "It" girl status on the rise, Decker made

her big screen debut in the 2010 comedy "Just Go with It." In the film,
Brooklyn Decker - she played the much-younger girlfriend of a plastic surgeon (Adam Sandler) who covers up a careless lie he told her by

asking his assistant (Jennifer Aniston) to pretend to be his soon-to-be-divorced wife. Decker further padded her acting résumé by joining the

cast of the sci-fi action movie "Battleship" (2012), alongside Liam Neeson and Alexander Skarsgard.
Brooklyn Decker is the popular model who appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in 2010. Brooklyn Decker is a blue-

eyed blonde who "was discovered at age 16 in a mall and began her career as the face of Mauri Simone," the prom dress company, according to

the magazine. She first appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in 2006, quickly becoming a regular in the annual bathing suit

extravaganza. She appeared on the magazine's cover, posing in the Maldive Islands, in 2010; the SI cover was such a plum assignment that it

was announced on the David Letterman show a few days before the issue's release. Brooklyn Decker has also appeared in ad campaigns for

Victoria's Secret (also beginning in 2006) and The Gap, as well as in fashion magazines like Glamour and Cosmopolitan
Brooklyn Decker - She married tennis pro Andy Roddick on 17 April 2009. Decker has also had a few roles in films and TV, including the 2007

TV movie Lipshitz Saves the World and 2009 guest shots on the TV shows Chuck and Ugly Betty. She co-starred with Jennifer Aniston and Adam

Sandler in the 2011 comedy Just Go With It, with Decker playing the dream girl who causes complications to ensue.
Brooklyn Decker - She was born in Ohio but raised in North Carolina... Some sources list August 3 as her birthday. But Brooklyn Decker

herself, on ESPN Radio's Dan Patrick show on 3 August 2009, said that her correct date of birth was 12 April 1987.
Brooklyn Decker makes it hard for just about everyone else on the planet to shop for a swimsuit, let alone actually wear one in public. She's

got enviable killer curves, almost as if her body was made for wearing those tiny triangles of lycra.
Brooklyn Decker - So it comes as no surprise that the blond beauty from Ohio was chosen as the cover girl for Sports Illustrated's 2012

swimsuit calendar. She's already been featured in numerous spreads for the magazine's swimsuit editions and last year made headlines when she

graced the cover in a bright yellow bikini.Along with conquering the swimsuit-modeling world, Decker has started acting. She had a starring

role in this year's "Just Go With It," and she will make her action-film debut in "Battleship," slated for a May 2012 release.
